Out of lookups?
Only the administrator who issued the account can add credits.
A lookup is stuck?
Press the circular-arrow button at the left of the widget header: it restarts the extension and the widget comes straight back.
A result looks wrong?
Records come from third-party sources and can be stale; verify with the original source before acting.
